I decided to bake a cake and some cupcakes! Totally not like me. I thought I'd try my hand at my first ever vegan chocolate cake and was delighted that it turned out nice :0)
Made a bit of a boo-boo with the icing mind you...still-tasted good to me and my daughter and her pal had a cupcake each.
