I love Mo Hayder books. If you like a really good, gritty, thrilling, disturbing and scary read then she is the writer for you.
I've just started reading this today (1st chapter while munching on my morning cereal) and it follows on from the other Detective Inspector Jack Caffery novels.
I read "Birdman" and Tokyo"on holiday 2 years ago and "The Treatment" was the 1st book of hers I read which was quite a few years ago now.
I was working on some amends for a job this morning but this afternoon I've been working on a wedding card design.
